A charitable organization in the UK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the retail estate. The role involves managing maintenance, compliance, and leading a team to ensure efficient retail operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail or estate management, strong health & safety knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. The position offers flexible working hours and a supportive environment.
Hours: Part time - 30 Hours per week.
Location: Retail Head Office - Ashton Gate, Romford RM3 8UF.
