A leading fashion retail company in the UK is seeking a Retail Communications and Engagement Manager to lead the development and execution of a clear retail communication strategy across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have retail leadership experience, exceptionally strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. As our Retail Communications and Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of an engaging, clear and impactful retail communication strategy across multiple markets. Working as part of our Retail Operations team, you will ensure store teams receive the right information, at the right time, in the right way to drive awareness, engagement and strong in-store execution.
Operating across international markets, the role partners closely with Retail Leadership, Operations, Marketing and Support Centre teams to shape how we communicate with stores. You will champion best practice, explore new tools and approaches, and ensure retail communications support both day-to-day operations and future business opportunities.
