Job summary

A leading global bank in the UK is seeking an Operational & Resilience Manager to enhance business continuity and risk management processes. The role involves coordinating technical testing, executing risk assessments, and developing recovery plans. Candidates should have experience in operational resilience and strong analytical and communication skills. Additional Spanish language proficiency is advantageous. The position offers a hybrid work model and is full-time based in Greater London.

Qualifications

• Experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or risk management.
• Knowledge of BIA, BCP/DRP testing, and ICT services.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BRS and coordinate its technical testing.
• Execute the BIA, risk assessment, and dependency analysis.
• Plan and execute continuity tests and simulation exercises.
• Develop and maintain System Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Identify and map local CFS.
• Develop ICT Service Continuity Plans.
• Coordinate and support business and IT areas.
• Maintain the Continuity Scorecard.
• Manage committees, communications, and reporting.
• Monitor test results and resilience documentation management.
