You will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stable environment where young people can grow, thrive, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.
  • Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and emotional support.
  • Promote independence, life skills, and educational engagement.
  • Support young people to manage behaviours, emotions, and challenges in a trauma-informed manner.
  • Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and teamwork within the home.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding policies at all times.
  • Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
