Job summary

A leading elderly care provider in Burley-in-Wharfedale is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing and Activities Assistant. In this role, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator by providing engaging activities that enhance residents' overall well-being. You will also ensure a professional environment, report changes in residents' conditions, and facilitate community interactions. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in engaging and stimulating activities.
  • Maintain a safe living and working environment.
  • Report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
  • Order and prepare supplies for activities as required.
  • Build links with the local community for intergenerational activities.
