Qualifications

  • Strong technical and engineering expertise in reservoir operations.
  • Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering is essential.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and meet strict medical criteria.
  • Appointment by Defra as a member of the Supervising Engineers’ Panel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe operation and statutory compliance of reservoirs.
  • Support the development and implementation of structured training.
  • Apply risk management principles to protect reservoir assets.
  • Plan and carry out asset management activities, including inspections.

Skills

Strong technical and engineering expertise
Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering
Excellent communication skills
