This role involves managing environmental site assessments and property condition assessments while mentoring junior staff. The compensation ranges from $86,700 to $102,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent experience conducting and/or managing ESAs, PCAs, PCNAs.
• Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD project scopes.
• Familiarity with ASTM E1527-21 and E2018-24.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
• Conduct site reconnaissance and sampling activities.
• Effectively communicate project progress with the Director.
