This role involves managing compliance policies, acting as Lead Safeguarding Officer, and ensuring welfare considerations are integrated throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in safeguarding, leadership, and policy development, with the goal of maintaining high integrity standards within basketball. The position is predominantly remote with occasional travel to Manchester.
