In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, ensure contractual obligations are met, and oversee the tendering processes. Working primarily from home with a requirement to be in-office once a week, you'll play an essential role in the wider finance team. Qualifications

  • Procurement qualification (CIPS) and suitable experience within a Procurement role.
  • Good understanding of the procurement process.
  • Knowledge and experience of contracts and negotiating new terms and conditions.
  • Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships.
  • Well-organized and able to work independently.
  • Healthcare knowledge would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that suppliers meet their contractual obligations.
  • Manage supplier relationships between the company and the sites.
  • Oversee the tendering process for new contracts.
  • Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
  • Work across finance and operations to ensure service suitability.
  • Respond to queries from suppliers and managers.
