• Be fully CeMAP qualified (CeMAP 1, 2 and 3).
• Have mortgage advice experience.
• Evidence good time management skills.
• Have excellent rapport building skills.
• Proven member sales/service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member experience through mortgage advice.
• Guide members through award-winning products.
• Conduct video appointments and assist via telephony when needed.
