Job summary

A reputable educational institution is seeking a Bank Distance Learning Assessor (Counselling) to assess learners undertaking qualifications through distance learning. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, providing feedback, and ensuring quality assurance processes are met. The ideal candidate will have minimum level 3 teaching qualifications, IQA qualification, and solid expertise in the subject area. A flexible working approach is necessary, as well as the ability to maintain records accurately. This role offers a pay rate of £15.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Subject qualifications to minimum level 3 or equivalent.
• IQA Qualification needed.
• Excellent working knowledge of the subject area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners as determined by the Head of Department.
• Support and assess learners via an electronic platform.
• Provide feedback on learner progress.
