Overview

Arcadis, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) Consultant role in the UK Reinstatement Cost Consultancy Team. UK based with flexibility for home working. The role may require occasional work outside core hours to meet client and delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA): Support and develop the RCA team, coordinating with Manila support and collaborating across Europe. Manage service delivery and provide bid support for portfolio and framework RCA bids.
  • Cost Consultancy: Offer general cost consultancy advice on projects including Capex analysis, construction, procurement, and maintenance works. Collaborate with Building Consultancy teams and wider business for seamless support.
  • Client and Team Development: Engage in client development and sales, ensuring service excellence. Prepare marketing materials and capability statements. Develop and enforce new processes for quality and consistency.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial management of RCA projects, with potential for career growth through team development and revenue generation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • MRICS qualified with experience in RCA preparation.
  • Effective communication, service delivery, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver accurate, timely work outputs.
