A growing provider of children’s residential services in Southampton is seeking a Registered Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Home 👩💼🏡
Location: Locks Heath, Southampton
Salary: From £52,328 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Children’s Residential Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and trauma-related backgrounds
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children and Young People’s Services) or willingness to complete within 12 months
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in an Ofsted-registered setting
