✅ Essential Requirements

• 🎓 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
• 📆 At least 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
• 🏠 Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
• 💡 Strong leadership & team‑building skills
