Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children's home.
  • Experience supervising staff in a care environment.
  • Knowledge of Children’s Regulations and Ofsted expectations.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport is an advantage.

Registered Manager – Children’s Services

📍 Location: Bolton

💷 Salary: £51,500 – £61,500 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

⏰ Working Hours: 40 hours per week

🏡 Service: Children’s Home

👥 Service Users: Children with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs

🎓 Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children's home
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Experience supporting children with learning disabilities
