Qualifications

  • Extensive experience managing in the Residential care sector.

Job description

Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 12 bed Learning Disabilities home.

The team at Maple Leaf Lodge are supported by our Clinical team, made up of RGN's and RNLD's, along side support from our PBS team.

We are looking for aManager who is:
  • Experienced as a Registered Manager within Residential care
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
