Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a relevant residential care role for children within the last 5 years.
  • Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s Homes regulations.

  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children in care.
  • Manage the home's operations and staff.
  • Lead Ofsted inspections and maintain compliance.
