Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experienced Registered Home Manager; preferably holding an RMA or willing to work towards it.
• Achieved a Good or Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in the last inspection.

Salary: £50,000.00 - £55,000.00 pa + PRP

The Person

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experienced Registered Home Manager; preferably holding an RMA or willing to work towards it.
• Achieved a Good or Excellent Care Inspectorate rating in the last inspection.
• Qualified at NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 in a directly relevant qualification.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the Care, Facilities and Administration teams of the Care Home.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and that the team is aware of relevant regulations that apply to the service being managed.
• Maintain the operations of the service at the highest standards possible, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Company.
• Carry out and provide leadership in marketing the Home and selling its services.
• Manage the services within the Home in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Provider, legislative requirements and relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices.
