The role carries end‑to‑end accountability for regional marketing planning, execution and performance, including ownership of the marketing budget and oversight of a dedicated team.

This role requires a strategic thinker who combines creativity with commercial acumen, demonstrates agility in a fast‑paced environment, and brings a deep understanding of how to engage consumers in a travel retail context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Brand Partnership – Collaborate closely with Global Brand Marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling and cohesive campaign alignment across touchpoints.
  • AI & Data‑Led Insights – Leverage AI‑driven tools, consumer analytics, and data dashboards to forecast newness, identify opportunities and measure campaign performance.
  • Agile Ways of Working – Foster an agile, collaborative, and test‑and‑learn mindset across the team to accelerate responsiveness and innovation.
  • Partner with Field Sales teams to ensure marketing programmes deliver impact and visibility at point‑of‑sale; conduct regular market visits and presentations.
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Design – Collaborate with store design and visual merchandising teams to deliver best‑in‑class retail environments that embody each brand’s DNA.
  • Budget & Performance Management – Oversee regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend, accurate forecasting and measurement of return on investment.
  • Team Leadership – Inspire and develop a high‑performing team, fostering continuous learning, empowerment and accountability.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication and ways of working.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting – Gather, analyse and present insights on brand performance, market dynamics and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results‑oriented marketing professional with experience in prestige or luxury brand management, ideally within Travel Retail or other international commercial channels. They will thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment, balancing creativity with disciplined execution.

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with significant marketing experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading regional marketing strategies and cross‑market campaign implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L accountability and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative, agile and highly adaptable approach to working within complex global structures.
  • Prior experience within Travel Retail or international markets strongly preferred.
