A global engineering firm is seeking a Regional Manager for Ocean Projects & Applications to lead a team of technical engineers. The role involves improving work processes, developing training programs, and managing technical support for sales in the marine industry. Working within the Ocean Division in Northern Europe, with its team members being located across the 4 sales companies Benelux, Mid Europe, Nordic and UK&I, the Regional Manager, Ocean Projects & Applications is responsible for leading, managing & developing a team of technical engineers and specialists to deliver support on Alfa Laval Ocean Division technology.
Securing the success of our business in technical & complex quotations and projects is an important interface between our customers, distributors, salespeople, and the business units. Due to the nature of the role, there may be anet requirement for frequent travel within Europe to meet with the team physically.
The successful candidate will need to be located in one of the Northern Europe sales companies, either Nordic, Hamburg, Benelux or UK & Ireland.
