Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the affordable housing sector and experience delivering successful development projects.
• Previous experience in housing development management is essential.
• Strong understanding of s.106 obligations and affordable housing policy.
• Experience in affordable housing within a housebuilder or consultancy will also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional Partnership Homes team to deliver affordable housing objectives.
• Advise regional Operating Companies on affordable housing strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
• Manage the tendering and contracting process for s.106 affordable housing.
• Support Group leadership in meeting affordable housing delivery targets.
