A leading social care provider in the UK is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee 6 services across the West Midlands & Derby region. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care and have proven leadership experience. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership/management experience in adult social care.

  • Experience managing service budgets, rotas, occupancy and commissioned hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 6 services across the West Midlands & Derby region.
  • Lead Registered Managers and support teams, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Drive exceptional care standards and outcomes through continuous improvement.
