Overview

Region 2 - Building Inspector (RBI) - Register Your Interest! We are looking for Building Inspectors to join Region 2 Building Control (offices in Wigan, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Stamford or Caernarfon).

The team works with designers, Project Managers, developers, clients including social media and tech firms, financial and legal firms and government bodies. We welcome RBI candidates across all levels seeking a rewarding career in a well-structured team.

What you will be doing

We are offering exposure to exciting, innovative projects and iconic buildings. You will work with consultants at the top of their professions and have opportunities for long-term development through supervision and mentoring. You will join a large team of industry-leading professionals and face challenging opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent (or qualified by suitable experience), with ongoing CPD to broaden and develop skills
• Ideally demonstrating compliance through registering as an RBI (all levels considered)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients and deliver excellent client care
• Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a large project team
• Experience solving complex issues through analysis, developing suitable solutions and implementing them
