As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, building relationships with schools, sourcing top teaching talent, and driving business growth. This is a sales‑focused role that requires resilience, confidence, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be cold calling, developing new business, interviewing candidates, and filling vacancies with speed and precision.
Hybrid working is available, with a mix of office and remote days.
