Role: Recruitment Business Partner Lead

Location: Care South Head Office, with travel required across the portfolio

Pay: £42,000 plus Car Allowance

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, strategic and collaborative recruitment professional to join the team.

Supporting and liaising with the HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our recruitment strategy, alongside ownership of your own portfolio. With a hands-on approach, you will be confident in driving forward recruitment to fill vacancies across our portfolio, ensuring an outstanding experience for our candidates, alongside enhancing our employer brand.

Qualifications

About you

You will have:

• Experience in the care sector or other multi-site 24/7 environment.
• Proven experience in developing recruitment strategy and campaigns.
• Strong experience in providing an exceptional level of service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication & influencing skills, and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• A proactive, fast-paced and resilient mentality.
• The ability to use your own initiative, alongside good problem-solving skills.
• A thorough knowledge of employment law related to recruitment, and understanding of sponsorship regulations.
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR systems, along with the Microsoft Office suite.
• The ability to travel across the Care South portfolio.
