A local care home in Manchester is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to provide day-to-day support to visitors, relatives, and suppliers. You will handle enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face, assist with clerical duties, and support the General Manager. The ideal candidate is professional, caring, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills. We have an opportunity at our care home for a Receptionist. The purpose of this role is to provide day to day receptionist support to Visitors, Relatives and Suppliers and also deal with enquiries on the phone and face to face along with administration support for management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is professional, caring, and enthusiastic. You will be well-organised, have strong IT skills, good attention to deal, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good telephone manner. The ideal person will have a flexible approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and work as a team player and individually.
