Job summary

A leading translation and localization company in the City of London is looking for a Receptionist. In this full-time role, you will greet visitors, manage deliveries, and maintain a neat reception area. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 6 months of reception experience, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This position requires on-site work 5 days a week.

Greet visitors, ensure compliance with visitor/guest sign‑in, and accompany visitors (when needed) to their POC.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the reception area neat and clean, notify employees in the event of special deliveries.
  • Sort post on a daily basis, place the post in the designated mail area, manage courier pick‑up and deliveries, overnight services, etc.; assist with shipping and receiving.
  • Keep track of visitors.
  • Act as a backup when the Operations Administrator/Coordinator/Manager is out/unavailable.
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
  • Work on‑site from our London office 5 days per week.
