By identifying non-conforming parts early, you prevent defective products from reaching the production line, saving time and ensuring customer satisfaction.****Your Key Responsibilities:***** Precision Inspection: Execute routine visual checks and functional tests using tools like calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and inspection jigs.* Blueprint Verification: Check dimensions of parts against technical drawings and specifications.* Material Control: Identify and segregate non-conforming or discrepant material and support internal screening activities.* Collaboration: Work closely with the Supplier Quality Team, Engineers, and Buyers to resolve quality or documentation issues.* Data Accuracy: Accurately record all inspection data and maintain essential quality documentation.### ### **What You’ll Bring**We are looking for a disciplined professional who values accuracy above all else.* Education: High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.* Experience: While less than a year of experience is required, 1+ years in a manufacturing or inspection environment is highly preferred.* Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use precision measurement tools.* Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting discrepancies in complex components.* Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, or weekends as needed to meet production demands.* Communication: Ability to keep supervisors informed and escalate quality issues effectively.### ****Work Environment & Physical Demands****This role is active and hands-on within our electro-mechanical manufacturing facility.
