A market-leading advisory firm is searching for a Real Estate Tax Director to join their Transactions Advisory team in London. This senior role aims to provide high-quality tax advisory services for complex real estate transactions to a diverse client portfolio, including institutional investors and global corporates. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Real Estate Tax or UK Corporate Tax, demonstrated leadership skills, and a strong focus on client relationships. An excellent compensation package is offered alongside long-term career progression opportunities.

Benefits: £120,000 - £180,000 + an excellent package

The group provides expert guidance on the tax aspects of a wide variety of complex transactions, covering restructuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and real assets.
As a senior leader within the Real Estate Tax team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality advice on domestic and cross-border deals for a diverse portfolio of clients - including institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, real estate funds, REITs, and global corporates. This is a fantastic chance to shape significant transactions and influence strategic tax outcomes for major market players.
We're seeking a strategic, people-focused leader with a passion for delivering practical and insightful tax advice. You'll have a strong track record in either Real Estate Tax or UK Corporate Tax, ideally gained within a professional services or in-house environment.
