Real Estate Property Viewing Agent – Viewber | Nationwide Property Support

Pay Range

Range provided by Viewber. Actual pay based on skills and experience.

Base pay: £19 per “Standard 30‑minute Viewing”, plus more for longer appointments, inspections or photographic assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and appointments in your spare time (including Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections, etc.).
• Accept or reject appointment invitations at your convenience.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
