A leading food company based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Manager to oversee raw material approvals and compliance with safety standards. The role involves managing supplier relationships and ensuring adherence to UK and EU regulations. The position supports hybrid work arrangements, reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
To ensure FoodSafety & Quality requirements of all raw materials for ME are met.
To review systems and processes to ensure the most safe, efficient process for approval, release and on‑going management of raw materials and their suppliers.
To manage and approval the raw materials in the operating system for Mizkan Euro.
This role is based at Mizkan Bury St Edmunds site with hybrid working option available. This role reports into Regulatory Affairs Manager.
