About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Derry team. You’ll play a key role in managing and delivering high‑profile projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, residential, and education.

  • Act as Quantity Surveyor on healthcare, residential, and education projects.
  • Provide Bank Monitoring services on commercial and residential schemes.
  • Lead cost and programme control across projects valued in excess of €100m nationwide.
What You’ll Bring
