Qualifications

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry, governance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of CQC/HIS/HIW standards and national quality frameworks.
• Experience conducting complex investigations, including Root Cause Analysis.
• Excellent presentation and educational skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
• Strong report-writing skills to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality and governance functions in the hospital.
• Prepare the hospital for CQC inspections and audits.
• Develop and improve clinical governance systems and policies.
• Support maintaining a 'Good' or higher regulatory rating.
• Manage incidents and complaints in accordance with policy.
