• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as FAIRs, Control Plans, and ISIRs.
• Support concern management through 8D investigations.
• Liaise with Production to ensure engineering standards are met.
• Use manual measurement tools for FAIR’s.
• Maintain gauge calibration and control systems.
• Support NPI and process validation using quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining quality documentation such as FAIRs, Control Plans, and ISIRs.
• Supporting concern management through 8D investigations and corrective actions.
• Liaising with Production to ensure in‑house manufacture meets engineering standards.
• Using manual measurement tools to complete FAIR’s.
• Maintaining gauge calibration and control systems.
• Supporting NPI and process validation using quality tools and GD&T principles.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Quality Engineer within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of 8D, FAIRs/PPAPs and GD&T.
• Skilled in manual measurement, inspection reporting and root‑cause analysis.
• Conversant with using the full Microsoft package and comfortable with documentation duties.
