We are currently recruiting for Quality Controller at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern, working 6am to 6pm

Salary: £12.67 per hour

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Documenting and reporting quality issues promptly to the quality management team.
  • Working closely with production staff to educate and enforce quality standards at every stage of production.
  • Assisting in the implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Taking product samples and performing necessary tests to assess quality attributes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of quality inspections and tests conducted.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
  • Previous experience in quality control or assurance within the food industry is preferred.
