Job summary

A company in the consulting sector is looking for an experienced Quality Advisor in Aberdeen on a permanent basis. In this role, you will implement compliance and continual improvement activities while managing systems and procedures across the business unit. Key responsibilities include monitoring departmental performance, providing input into proposals, and enhancing the Business Management System. Candidates must have experience in a similar role and hold an ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Qualification.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar advisory role is essential.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards is necessary.
  • Must hold ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Qualification from a recognized body.
  • Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure management systems and procedures are effectively implemented.
  • Enhance the company’s Business Management System via audits.
  • Identify and implement fit for purpose processes.
  • Provide input into tenders and proposals as needed.
  • Monitor department performance and gather customer feedback.
  • Liaise with customer focal points and attend key meetings.
  • Contribute to risk reviews and develop mitigation strategies.

nexos have a requirement for an experienced Quality Advisor to join the team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.

As Quality Advisor you will be responsible for implementing compliance and continual improvement activities.

Your regular duties will include:

  • Ensuring management systems and procedures are defined and effectively implemented across the business unit.
  • In conjunction with quality and senior management, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Business Management System through planned audit and review activities.
  • In conjunction with function heads, identify and implement fit for purpose processes and procedures.
  • Providing specific input into tenders and proposals as required.
  • Monitoring performance of departments and, where appropriate, seeking feedback from customers to ensure ongoing organisational learning.
  • Regular liaison with customer focal points and attendance at key meetings.
  • Contributing to periodic risk reviews and developing strategies that mitigate exposure to both internal and external risks.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of industry codes and standards.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Qualification by recognised industry body.
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis investigation.
