QS Electrician - Partner Success Manager (Part-Time to Full-Time)

As we scale toward TradeStarz, our national multi‑trade platform, we focus on delivering a world‑class partner experience, structured onboarding, clear systems, and data‑driven performance.
Base Pay Range
MJP Electrical / TradeStarz - Bristol & Surrounding Regions
Status: Part‑time (2‑3 days/week) initially, moving to full‑time as the partner network grows
Reports to: Director (Mark Parry)
Location: Hybrid – Remote + Occasional Site/Office Meetings
Industry: Electrical / Home Services / Field Operations
Salary: Dependent on experience + progression opportunities
Role Overview
The Partner Success Manager ensures every MJP Partner succeeds — technically, operationally, financially and personally. This role is ideal for a seasoned industry professional (e.g., senior electrician, supervisor, NICEIC QS, technical surveyor, or foreman) who wants to step off the tools, use their experience in a meaningful way, and grow into a leadership position as our partner network expands.
You'll combine industry knowledge, human coaching and digital competency to help partners:
- Hit their earning targets

- Master the MJP job categories & VIP consultation
- Improve customer communication
- Follow our systems & tech stack

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Recruitment & Selection
- Manage partner recruitment pipeline
- Conduct interviews and assess technical competency
- Review applications, video submissions and screening tasks
- Identify high‑quality, safe and professional partners
- Work with Marketing on recruitment campaigns
- Onboarding New Partners
- Deliver structured onboarding (30/60/90)
- Teach all MJP job categories and VIP Consultation process
- Train partners on expectations, standards and workflows
- Ensure successful adoption of ServiceM8, Wink dashboards, GHL and Burdi
- Support partners through their first 10‑30 jobs
- Technical Support & Quality Assurance
- Review job notes, photos and reports
- Support partners with technical questions
- Check EICR coding and logic for accuracy
- Ensure work meets MJP and regulatory standards
- Identify training needs and provide corrective guidance
- Performance Coaching & Retention
- Run weekly or bi‑weekly check‑ins
- Track partner KPIs (points, earnings, conversion, margins)
- Identify early red flags and intervene proactively
- Maintain strong working relationships and trust
- Help partners progress to Growth → Elite → Franchise pathway
- Data & Reporting
- Use Wink dashboards to track partner performance
- Monitor job category accuracy, VIP booking %, materials margins
- Work with Finance on CIS reporting and payroll data
- Produce weekly summary reports for leadership
- Maintain partner records and development plans
- Operational Support
- Liaise with Sales and customer support for training
- Liaise with Tech teams for system improvements
- Ensure partners follow ServiceM8 workflows
- Support implementation of new processes & automations
- Represent the partner voice inside the business
Essential Requirements
Industry Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in the electrical industry (domestic preferred)
- Strong understanding of consumer units, rewires, EICRs, EV, testing
- Experience supervising electricians or mentoring apprentices
- Comfortable supporting partners on technical queries
- Strong quality & compliance mindset
Tech & Data Competency
Must be confident using digital tools:
- ServiceM8 (or similar job management software)
- Data dashboards (Wink or equivalent BI tools)
- GoHighLevel CRM
- Burdi/Xero basics
- Microsoft Teams & SharePoint
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Strong ability to interpret data and spot trends
