  • Prior experience working with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards.

Full time, permanent role

We are currently offering the opportunity for a QA Manager to join a company based in Cambridgeshire which produces specialised chemicals used in various products, including medicines and electronics.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

The Role
  • Supervising the production and development departments
  • Ensuring compliance with QHSE procedures
  • Overseeing training of staff members
  • Analysing and reviewing QC testing data and production records
  • Monitoring KPI progress and identifying trends
  • Technical troubleshooting across multiple departments
Current / Recent Experience Required
  • A chemistry-related degree, ideally with a background in organic chemistry (essential)
  • Extensive management or leadership experience in an industry environment, within the chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector (essential)
  • Knowledge and hands‑on experience working with analytical chemistry techniques – including HPLC, GC, FTIR, KF, titrations (essential)
  • Proven experience managing QA responsibilities – e.g. deviations, CAPA, audits, SOP writing & reviews (essential)
  • Prior experience and expertise working in accordance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (essential)
