A leading insurance technology provider in the UK seeks a Software QA Lead to enhance QA strategies and processes within the development team. The candidate will be instrumental in driving high-quality software delivery and mentoring team members on best practices. Essential skills include experience in test automation and leadership in a SaaS environment. The role will be working with the Radar Live product; a flagship industry-critical on-prem and SaaS product delivering insurance quotes to the market.
The Software QA Lead is an integral part of the team at WTW. This role is responsible for driving and monitoring QA process within the team and ensuring the products being developed are delivered to the highest standards expected by WTW.
The role includes working closely with developers, QA engineers and product owners to ensure that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
The role also involves coaching and mentoring other team members on quality practices and frameworks. The candidate should have a good knowledge and awareness of industry trends.

The Requirements
Strong passion for the delivery of high-quality software
Experience in defining QA strategy both from the ground-up as well as continuously improving existing
es and strategy
Experience in driving QA and test first approaches into complex delivery programs
Experience in leading and growing a QA team for a project (including hands -on recruitment)
Hands on experience building complex test automation solutions for complex SaaS based solutions
Experience with C# test automation frameworks at all levels (unit, integration, API/system)
Experience in delivering QA processes for hybrid solutions both in Azure and on-prem
Appreciation and practical exposure to microservice and containerized deployment architectures.
