We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.Experienced in working within fast-paced Agile teams delivering SaaS or web-based products.· Skilled in developing and maintaining UI automation test suites, preferably using Cypress or similar frameworks.· Experience writing automated test scripts in languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python· Ability to build and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable automation test suites· Familiarity with API testing and automation using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI· Experience in Database Querying using SQL or similar languages· Strong understanding of test design techniques, risk-based testing, and QA best practices.· Comfortable designing and executing manual test cases for new features or edge cases not yet covered by automation· Excellent communication skills· Experience of assisting in the development of Test Processes and Improvements**Desirable Skills + Experience**· Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g. GIT)· Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)· Test Reporting experience (e.g. Allure or similar)· Exposure to performance or load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, Locust)· Exposure to AI Tooling and Prompt Writing· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies· Adaptability and Eagerness to learn new tools and tech as we grow our team· Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams· Ownership mindset towards QualityThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
