Role Overview
The Property Manager & Administrator will be responsible for the effective management and administration of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and organisation. This is a varied role combining property management duties with office-based administration.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties from move-in to move-out
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors
- Conduct and coordinate property inspections and viewings
- Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy processes
- Deal with tenant queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure properties comply with all relevant legislation and safety requirements
- Ensure accurate and detailed records are kept within theCRM
Administration
- Prepare tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Maintain accurate property, landlord, and tenant records
- Update property management systems and files
- Assist with invoicing, rent processing, and contractor payments
- Support the wider office team with general administrative duties
- Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and correctly filed
- Prepare sales particulars and launch properties on to the marketing portals
- Organise and carry out property viewings
Customer Service & Office Support
- Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients when required
Working Hours
- Full-time position (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
- Includes 1 in 4 Saturdays, with time off in lieu or as agreed
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in property management or estate agency preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Full UK driving licence essential

Salary & Benefits
