The principle aim of the Edinburgh Lettings Team is to ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided to all our customers. As the principle point of contact for your tenants and landlords, you’ll be required to build quality, lasting client relationships by working closely with colleagues in your team, supporting Rettie in achieving a market-leading position.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the lettings management process across your portfolio of properties from finding tenants to arranging day‑to‑day maintenance. Together with your team, you will ensure our processes are continually reviewed to deliver the best possible client experience which will maximise the fee income of our landlords’ assets.
Ideally, we are looking for an ARLA (or equivalent) qualified Property manager with at least two years’ experience in the Lettings industry. You will hold a full UK driving licence.
