Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing property development and management company based in Bath. They are seeking a confident and capable Property Manager to join their expanding team.

We would love to hear from a self‑motivated and driven individual with experience in lettings or property management, who is keen to continue developing their career.

You will need your own vehicle for this role. On‑site parking is available.

Day To Day
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
  • Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
  • Handle deposit returns and negotiate end‑of‑tenancy issues
  • Conduct property check‑outs and inspections
  • Ensure legal compliance and manage invoices and bills
What We’d Love To See
  • Previous property management experience (student lettings experience is a plus)
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (mileage paid)
