# Property Management Assistant (2 days per week)## Job InformationDuties include maintaining compliance records, processing certification and statutory documentation, updating corporate systems, coordinating correspondence, and maintaining service level agreement documents. The postholder will support reporting and help ensure statutory maintenance obligations are met in line with legislative and Council requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a small team. The role requires good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, and confidence in using standard Microsoft systems. Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. This role operates on a hybrid working basis; however, there will be a requirement to work from a central office location, particularly during the initial training period and at times of increased service demand.
