Location: Historic Port of Ramsgate
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37 hours/week)
Contract: Approx 3 Months (with potential to extend)
Pay: £12.50 per hour

We're on the lookout for a practical and proactive Property Compliance Officer to join our team at the Port of Ramsgate for a full-time, short-term role - with the potential for a longer stay.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who knows their way around property compliance and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

What You\'ll Be Doing:
  • Reading and actioning Fire Risk Assessments
  • Installing fire signage and checking fire extinguishers
  • Carrying out general property compliance tasks
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met across properties
  • Experience with property compliance (especially fire safety)
  • Comfortable doing light manual work and using tools
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and independent
  • A practical thinker with good communication skills
  • Work in the beautiful Historic Port of Ramsgate
