Steps of the Traineeship

The traineeship is broken down into 3 easy steps, which can be finished in as little as 12 weeks.

Step 1 – Online Training

The first step is completing a selection of professional, accredited and industry recognised Project Management courses including Prince2 & Agile. The training is delivered via multimedia rich video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through a portal that you study from home.

Step 2 – Practical Training

Now that you have learned all the theory, it’s time to start applying that into practice so that you have the required experience to start within the industry. Our expert Project Manager tutor will provide you with 2 case scenarios for you to complete that will be based on real-world situations.

You will be provided with the required guidance and support from your tutor so that you can successfully complete your projects which will be later added to your CV.

Step 3 – Official Exams

At this final stage, we will prepare you to take your official Prince2 & Agile Foundation exams. The exams can be taken at one of the approved test centres across the UK or online conveniently from your own home.
