The Program Execution team is responsible for managing strategic transformation programs within the Markets Business, encompassing both regulatory and business-driven initiatives. You will work alongside various internal stakeholders including Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams globally, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of key programs. Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Work closely with business, risk, operations, and technology partners to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Track project status, risks, and issues, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Assist with business readiness activities, including training, communications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and auditable, maintaining project plans and risk logs.

• Good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and foster collaboration.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
