The Program Execution team is responsible for managing strategic transformation programs within the Markets Business, encompassing both regulatory and business-driven initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to change initiatives across the Markets organization. You will work alongside various internal stakeholders including Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams globally, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of key programs. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise in both technical and business subject matters within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Work closely with business, risk, operations, and technology partners to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Track project status, risks, and issues, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Assist with business readiness activities, including training, communications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and auditable, maintaining project plans and risk logs.
About You

  • Relevant industry experience in project management or a similar role within financial services.
  • Foundational understanding of capital markets and risk management principles.
  • Experience with projects impacting control structures within an organization.
  • Basic understanding of trading products (e.g., Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) or securities services.
  • Good project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and foster collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
