Project Director

Responsibilities

• Manage client, all stakeholder engagement and the critical path.
• Manage and deal with any risk or variations.
• Lead the site team, leveraging network across the supply chain, clients & external consultants on Industrial Warehouses, Distribution & Retail.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maximise team performance.
• Report to the Construction Director for this landmark project.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior Project Manager or Project Director based in the UK with a clear track record on Distribution & Industrial Warehouses worth £30-80 Million.
• Experience managing fast‑track steel warehouses and delivering on site for sizeable industrial schemes.
• Network across supply chain, clients & external consultants.
• Ability to start before 1 Feb 2026.
