Events & Brand Experience Agency
📍 Borehamwood, North London

Our agency client, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their close-knit team and work across a wide mix of B2B and B2C events for leading brands in luxury, FMCG, lifestyle and drinks.

This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who wants maximum exposure to the world of events — from live and virtual activations to pop-ups, launches, conferences and experiential campaigns, in the UK and internationally.

The Role
  • Supporting project teams across multiple live and digital events

  • Coordinating venues, suppliers, logistics and production admin

  • Attending project and client meetings, taking notes and tracking actions

  • Supporting on-site delivery and smaller activations

  • Gaining exposure to budgets, suppliers and commercial decision-making

  • Assisting with pitches and new business research

The Person
