Job description

White Ink Architects is an employee‑owned practice, and we’re continuing to grow. We’re looking for Architects to join our Belfast studio and work on ambitious residential, hotel, masterplanning and interiors projects across the UK and Ireland.

Our work is design‑led, technically robust, and delivered by teams who care about quality, clarity and collaboration.

WHY WHITE INK?

As an Employee‑Owned Trust, the practice is run for the long‑term benefit of the team. Success is shared, voices are heard, and development is taken seriously.

We welcome applications from architects based locally, as well as those currently working in the UK or overseas who are considering relocating or returning to Belfast. Informal, confidential conversations are always welcome.
